Window Cleaning Technician (1099 Contractor)

Marin Exterior Cleaning is hiring motivated window cleaning technicians to join our growing team as independent contractors (1099).
We are a fast-growing exterior cleaning company servicing high-end residential and commercial properties throughout Marin County and the Bay Area. We are looking for hardworking, reliable people who want to make serious money and grow with a professional team.
Pay

What You’ll Be Doing
- Exterior & interior window cleaning
- Cleaning frames, sills, and glass
- Using water-fed pole systems and traditional methods
- Ladder work when necessary
- Communicating professionally with clients on-site
- Maintaining clean, organized equipment and vehicles
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working on ladders
- Must be physically capable of lifting equipment and working outdoors
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and communication
- Previous experience is preferred but not required — we can train the right person

Important
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- Contractors working on roofs or higher-risk jobs may be required to carry liability insurance
- Access to our CRM/app system requires a $35 setup fee, which is reimbursed after completing 40 hours with the company
