Part-Time Dining Hall and Conference Support
$22.51 hour
Conference support positions are available at Walker Creek Ranch, an Outdoor Education School and Conference Center located at 1700 Marshall Petaluma Road, Marshall, California. Owned and operated by the Marin County Office of Education, this rural facility is about 30 minutes west of Novato and Petaluma. Shifts vary from 1 to 4 days/week depending on fluctuating group sizes.
Primary duties include setting up, monitoring, cleaning and breaking down “front of house" during meal service (i.e., buffet lines; maintaining coffee and tea service; bussing station; cleaning and resetting Dining Hall). Conference duties can include setting up lodges, cabins, and meeting rooms. Tasks may also include some outside work with grounds clean up, campfire building and AV / Amphitheater set up.
