Compensation: $50–$85 per hour
Overview
Marin City Sausalito FC (MCSFC) is seeking passionate and dedicated youth soccer coaches to join our growing competitive program. We are a community-rooted club focused on player development, strong team culture, and creating meaningful opportunities for youth through soccer.
The ideal candidate will have a solid coaching background and a commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Coaches will lead training sessions, support player growth, and foster discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate training sessions
- Coach weekend matches and manage player performance
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Provide end-of-season evaluations and communicate regularly with families
Qualifications
- Experience coaching youth players (ages 6–16)
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and coaching strategies
- Effective communication skills with players and families
- Availability for 2–3 weekday afternoons and weekends
- Coaching license preferred
- Must pass a background check and complete SafeSport certification
