Job Summary

Duties
- Greet and assist pediatric patients and their families with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to discharge
- Collect patient histories, perform vital signs measurement, and document findings accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes clearly and ensuring comfort
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, including medication administration, immunizations and testing
- Maintain clinical supplies, sterilize equipment, and ensure cleanliness of treatment areas following safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified Medical Assistant program preferred
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant in pediatrics preferred
- Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and patient management
- Ability to perform clinical tasks including medication administration, vital signs collection, preferred
- Strong communication skills to support patient service excellence and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
