Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly while maintaining waste management protocols
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures diligently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is advantageous but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to access multiple work sites as needed
