Responsibilities

- Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless finish.
- Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage janitorial tasks with precision, including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas.
- Assist with housekeeper management duties when required, supporting scheduling and quality control efforts.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
