Candidates must be well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills. Candidates should be confident in using computers and be able to use Google and Microsoft programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Courteously and patiently assist patients through both the Intake and Outake processes during scheduled doctor days
- Educate patients on medicinal cannabis and the state process
- Assist the doctor with inputting new patients into DOH registry
- Take incoming customer calls regarding the confirmation and rescheduling of existing appointments
- Take incoming calls regarding customer service issues/questions and resolve the customer service issues
- Reach out to patients to reschedule upcoming appointments as directed by Manager
- Prepare for upcoming doctor days
- Regularly review DOH website for state updates
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Basic office cleaning and organization
- Administrative office duties as assigned
- Must have reliable transportation
