We are a towing company searching for a professional and experienced dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Marietta Wrecker, Marietta, GA,
Ideal candidates will have at least one year experience dispatching preferably in the tow industry or the transportation industry. Exceptional customer service skills are a must along with being an excellent team player and communicator. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol test prior to hiring and have a GA driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch drivers to the destinations.
- Accurately Input information into systems.
- Maintain correct status times of tows in the computer.
- Communicate with drivers the information to complete the call.
- Communicate with drivers to input invoice number, mileage and prices in the computer.
- Understand and provide appropriate estimated time of arrivals.
- Provide accurate rates and mileage to customers.
- Maintain communication with the customer to let them know status of their tow.
- Understand and provide accurate mapping information to the drivers.
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-pace environment.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to requests from others and provide assistance int
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.

Pay: From $18-20.00 per hour
