Position: Special Education Aide Office of Learning Assistance
This is a part-time position (.74) working 5.75 hours daily
Qualifications:
- Ability to support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in both individual and small group settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Demonstrated flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude in supporting student needs
- Educational aide permit or ability to obtain appropriate licensure/certification as required by the state of Ohio
