Your Role and Responsibilities
- Clients: In this role, you will handle a diverse portfolio of client records and ensure every transaction is accounted for with precision
- Financial Management: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and the full cycle of accounting transactions.
- Data Integrity: Organizing files and maintaining comprehensive records to support all financial transactions.
- Software Expertise: Utilizing various modern accounting software platforms to perform essential functions efficiently.
- Quality Control: Reviewing account books for maximum efficiency and pinpoint accuracy.
- Reconciliations: Performing monthly bank, payroll, and fixed asset reconciliations to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
- Payroll & Tax: Processing payroll and ensuring the timely remittance of tax payments.
- Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure they meet both our high standards and legal compliance requirements.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyzing financial information to provide actionable recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
