Compensation:$40,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients
- Schedule and organize buyer tours
- Meet with buyers to view and tour properties
- Assist the lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead Agent after the lead Agent has completed a buyer analysis
- Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes
- Development and training to become a full-time experienced agent
- Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information
- Attend all office training for working with buyer clients
- Convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments
- Conduct buyer consultation appointments
- Obtain buyer client signatures on buyer agency agreements
- Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender
- Prospect for buyer leads
- Overcome buyer objections
- Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with strong time management
- High school diploma
- Reliable vehicle
