Mariée Bridal is a luxury bridal boutique located in Scottsdale with an outstanding reputation for customer service. We specialize in couture bridal gowns from leading international designers priced from $2,500-$10,000 and we are now hiring for a full-time bridal sales consultant to join our well established team. You will work a full time schedule from Thursday-Monday with Saturdays and Sundays required.
You must have 12 months experience working either as a Bridal Sales Consultant or a Customer Facing Sales Position. This role will be a mixture of sales and customer service and we are looking for individuals who are capable of maintaining the highest standards of customer service in order to best service our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:
- After completing training, you will conduct 1-2 hour bridal appointments with our brides and their groups in order to educate them on the Mariee Bridal experience and ultimately help the bride find her perfect dress and accessories. You will be responsible for the entire appointment which will include giving the bride and her group a tour of the store, selecting dresses, helping the bride into the dress, helping the bride to ultimately find her perfect dress, perform accurate measurements and complete paperwork.
- You will work with Store Management and Ownership in order to identify, preempt and resolve any and all customer service issues related to any aspect of the wedding dress process, in order to maintain the excellent reputation of the business.
- You will be expected to help to answer the phone and answer questions from potential customers, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- You will work with our seamstresses to oversee the customer service side of alterations appointments and help to answer questions about dress construction, fit and if needed help select bridal accessories.
Job requirements:
- 12 Months experience either in a Bridal Store or a customer facing sales or retail position is essential. You should have the physical ability to carry wedding gowns, kneel, twist and stand for extended periods.
- You will have a consistent 5 day/40 hours per week schedule, Thursday-Monday with Saturdays and Sundays required. Your hours will be 9:30am - 6:00pm.
