What You’ll Be Doing
As a Back of House Employee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations are seamless and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with donut preparation from mixing to proofing to frying to glazing.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Performing tasks that require lifting up to 50lbs.
- Supporting the team with daily kitchen projects and being open to learning new skills.
- Communicating effectively with team members—knowing a little Spanish is a plus!

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus but not necessary.
- A flexible attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
- Bonus: Some knowledge of Spanish to help with communication.
