What are the responsibilities and job description for the Printing Customer Service Representative position at Marie Leising & Associates, LLC?
Premier brand packaging company in MA is busy. Due to client demand, the company is hiring an experienced CSR for day shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather all necessary information to input job orders as directed by sales and/or clients.
- Review all new orders to ensure accurate and timely completeness.
- Prepare estimates and provide quotes as required.
- Track orders throughout manufacturing process keeping clients and sales informed.
- Work closely with outside print vendors on job details and status.
- Communicate with clients on status of jobs and any questions they may have.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager on all issues that involve delivery dates, special deliveries and/or priority orders.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the printing or prepress industry.
- Working knowledge of prepress and flexographic printing preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in client services working directly with clients.
- Knowledge of plate making and die making a plus.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task several on-going projects.
- Excellent communication skills primarily via phone and email.
- Proficient on MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Individual and team contributor.
Hours: 8 - 4:30 with occasional paid OT.
Starting rate $52,000 - $65,000 benefits, 401k match & relocation assistance.
