The Marie Babin Team in Destin, Florida, is seeking an organized, creative, and dependable Florida-licensed real estate professional for a part-time remote position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Central Time
Location: Remote and in office; familiarity with the Destin/Emerald Coast market preferred,
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience
Primary responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify incoming buyer and seller inquiries
- Schedule showings and appointments
- Enter, update, and maintain property listings in the MLS
- Gather HOA, condominium, and property documents
- Coordinate photography, signage, brochures, and other listing-marketing materials
- Create and schedule social media and email-marketing content
- Help prepare new-listing, open-house, price-improvement, pending, and sold announcements
- Maintain the team’s CRM and assist with client follow-up and mass correspondence
- Manage the team email account and organize important messages and digital files
- Update Dropbox and the broker’s back-office system with required listing documents
- Help maintain consistent Marie Babin Team branding across marketing materials
- Identify opportunities to promote the team and its listings
Preferred qualifications:
- Active Florida real estate license
- Experience entering and managing MLS listings
- Familiarity with ECAR/ECMLS and the Destin-area market strongly preferred
- Real estate marketing or social media experience
- Experience with Canva, email-marketing platforms, and CRM systems preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
The Marie Babin Team pays applicable annual ECAR and RE/MAX membership fees, along with monthly ECAR dues, for the selected candidate.
