- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of clerical experience.
Combined Education And Experience Qualifications
- Post-secondary experience may be considered in substitution for the required minimum experience.
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license or have the ability to obtain by the time of hire.
- Training that may be provided on-the-job: Safety; Payroll; PREA.

- Prepares, types, and proofreads basic forms, letters, or memoranda.
- Enters and tracks computer database applications.
- Enters payroll time into HRIS payroll system.
- Performs routine clerical work, including filing, billing, verifying, and recording information.
- Schedules for appointments.
- Provides customer service by telephone, email, and in person.
- Compiles and maintains division data for statistical reports.
- Files and disseminates correspondence, reports, and mail.
- Updates Briefing Board and policy manuals.
- Inventories, orders, and stock supplies for the district.
- Attends meetings, takes notes, generates reports, and distributes to appropriate personnel.
- Drives to other departments to deliver mail, reports, or other items as needed.
- Performs additional duties as directed by the chain of command.
