Job Summary
- Assist current, new and returning students with testing info
- Assists current, new and returning students with college info and refers them as needed
- Answers phones and emails from students, staff and community members
- Assists FT with proctoring tests
- Assists with department meetings and activities
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Following directions
- Operating assigned equipment
- Good customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
