Job Summary
*** MUST BE A CGCC STUDENT TO QUALIFY***
Provides first-level desktop support and technical assistance for equipment, systems, and telecommunications, ensuring efficient operations and enhancing user satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
1. Provides first-level support for desktop, audiovisual, and/or phone systems; responds to requests or helpdesk tickets
2. Maintains system inventory, documentation, storage, and security of equipment; orders parts as required
3. Prepares or retrieves information and enters/updates information in reports, logs, or other documentation/record-keeping systems
4. Maintains, installs, removes, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs computers, electronic devices, desktop software, and peripheral devices
5. Assists users with hardware and software applications, printing, scanning/copying, and digital image devices
