We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across IT, engineering, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner to hiring managers, skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing top technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from requirement intake to offer closure
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit
Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback, and candidate experience
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT/Engineering roles)
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, roles, and market trends
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
