Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and/or Angular, strong architectural design skills, and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance, and secure user interfaces.

As a Frontend Architect, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, backend architects, and engineering teams to establish frontend architecture standards, drive technical excellence, and deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide frontend architecture strategies and best practices.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI component libraries and design systems.
• Lead the architecture and development of complex web applications using React.js and/or Angular.
• Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and governance processes.
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility compliance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and integration patterns.
• Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Mentor developers and conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure security best practices are incorporated into frontend application design.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Participate in technical roadmaps, estimation, and solution planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in an architect or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in React.js and/or Angular.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, NgRx, Context API, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, micro-frontends, and component-driven development.
• Experience designing RESTful API integrations and consuming backend services.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and Module Federation.
• Knowledge of Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and API Gateway integrations.
• Experience implementing enterprise design systems and shared component libraries.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of frontend security practices including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO integrations.
