Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and promptly
- Verify orders before delivering them to guests
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding order details and special requests
- Ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant service standards
- Assist servers with clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining tables
- Monitor guest needs and communicate requests to servers or management
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked service stations
- Restock plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining supplies
- Assist with takeaway and food packaging when needed
- Support kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or food runner experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
