What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail — you notice things others miss
- 1 years using computers in a professional setting (Microsoft Office required)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow processes, document results, and problem-solve
- Willing to work in-office in Covington, OH — this is NOT a remote position
A plus (but never required): insurance, claims, billing, banking, data processing, or admin background.
