Overnight Baker

Position: The Clerk will be responsible for performing clerical tasks in the office. The position will also include greeting guests, answering phones, and providing general support to the Mariano's team.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and assist them in the office
• Open and close the office as needed
• Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Maintain an accurate filing system and filing system documentation
• Maintain contact with patients by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, answering questions about services, and providing referrals
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, mailing, sanitizing, etc.
• Conduct general office support activities including filing cabinets, photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, etc.
• Provide general support to patients in the office such as answering questions about services; providing referrals; assisting with scheduling; answering incoming calls; responding to e-mails; performing other general office tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.65 - $16.85 per hour
