Qualifications
- Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership throughout the
purchase and delivery process.
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using approved email,
phone, and chat templates.
- Provide initial product information and direct customers to the appropriate sales or
dealership resources.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments, including sales consultations and vehicle
pickup/delivery times.
- Follow up with leads that are not yet ready to schedule, as well as no-shows and missed
appointments.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries between sales, finance, and customers to ensure a smooth
handoff.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, including verification of features and readiness.
- Explain key vehicle features to customers at delivery, including navigation/infotainment
systems and safety/driver-assist technologies.
- Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate, working closely with sales
consultants and finance managers.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction and address any
concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, including delivery logs and CRM updates, on a daily basis.
- Participate in team and process improvement efforts, maintaining positive relationships
with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Support dealership initiatives, including customer service programs, events, and showroom organization
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
