Job Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Meet designated sales goals and agency expectations
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (outside or inside) preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
