The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a positive, professional first impression. This position serves as a central hub for communication and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist customers with pickups, returns, and inquiries
- Make minor order updates using inventory software
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Support showroom upkeep (organizing displays, folding linens, etc.)
- Assist with contracts, payments, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Basic computer skills; willingness to learn company software (google workplace, Goodshuffle)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Demonstrates integrity and good judgment
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
