Overview

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a positive, professional first impression. This position serves as a central hub for communication and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist customers with pickups, returns, and inquiries
  • Make minor order updates using inventory software
  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
  • Support showroom upkeep (organizing displays, folding linens, etc.)
  • Assist with contracts, payments, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Basic computer skills; willingness to learn company software (google workplace, Goodshuffle)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance
  • Demonstrates integrity and good judgment

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
