Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to understand their style preferences and needs
- Assist customers in selecting products that complement their personal style, body type, and occasion
- Handling one-on-one appointments with brides (90 minutes)
- Some social media content with regular "postings"
- Room for growth
- Provide expert advice on current trends, merchandise placement, and styling techniques to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cash register operations
- Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products attractively to maximize sales potential
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to increase customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or follow-up inquiries from clients
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers of all generations
- Talent for identifying dress samples for clients vision and fit
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and customer interactions.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 16.0 per week
