Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine cleaning as necessary; and additional cleaning that may be assigned.
• Responsible for informing supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Understands how to dispense and prepare chemicals to the proper concentrations
• Responsible for understanding the scope of plant sanitation and chemical usage.
• Assists production when needs exist. This may be giving breaks or filling in during absence.
• Responsible for working with Quality Assurance Manager to ensure food safety is achieved.
• Logs chemical usage and maintains sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
