Key Responsibilities
- Responsible Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing production lines.
- Will oversee 24 or more employees directly.
- Ensures the crew is scheduled for each line and arranges for replacements if needed
- Works with the quality assurance department to ensure food safety.
- Reports any machinery and maintenance issues to maintenance staff or maintenance manager
- Oversees set up and cleanup of production lines.
- Responsible for employee evaluations and administering disciplinary action as necessary.
Position Requirements:
- Must be familiar with safe machine operations where machinery must be cleaned while running and follow lock out procedures.
- Responsible for training staff in Proper Safety Practices.
- Basic knowledge of MVP Plant maintenance order program.
- Understands how to use Redzone to record and retrieve information.
- Must know and follow Mariani Packing Lock – out / Tag – out, HACCP, and GMP policy.
