Serving over 250,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, cancer care, orthopedics, and stroke care. Additionally, Marian Regional Medical Center has been recognized as an LGBTQ Healthcare Equality High Performer by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. It is a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center, and the only healthcare facility on the Central Coast to offer ECMO.
Pay Range
$58.68 - $89.32 /hour

- Collaborates with other area supervisors as required to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.
- Assists in implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan. Operates the units within the financial and productivity guidelines, setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.
- Provides for quality services by ensuring that the staff are well trained in the services to be provided.
- Addresses, escalates or resolves unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns and suggestions.
Required
- Registered Nurse: Current CA RN license
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
- Driver's License: CA, upon hire
