Pay Range
$51.57 - $76.96 /hour

- Meets the discipline-specific productivity standard.
- Demonstrates competency in the care of patients during field observation by the clinical supervisor.
- Completes and submits documentation following established guidelines, as measured by a designated evaluation tool.
- Physician orders are present and written correctly.
- Documents follow-up of identified problems.
Required
- High School Graduate or High School GED
- 1 year home health nursing experience within the past 5 years. Exception: Will consider an applicant with1 year acute care Med/Surg, Tele, ICU Nursing experience in the last 5 years only when adequate staffing allows
- Registered Nurse: CA RN License
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
- Driver's License: CA DL
- Auto Insurance

- Public Health certificate
