Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including qualifying leads, customer outreach and following up on opportunities for customers in key industries such as medical, electronics, and automotive. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating with outside sales team, and ensuring accurate order entry and timely communication throughout the sales process. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing prospects, daily sales outreach, sales activity in CRM, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and promote Marian’s solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage sales cycles
- Highly self-motivated individuals
- Ability to respond promptly, and stay on task
- Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads through follow-up and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and organization skills.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
