Requirements
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication abilities
- Self-driven and motivated
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license
