Maria Joseph Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide leadership and clinical oversight to our nursing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Promote exceptional clinical care and positive resident outcomes
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nurses and nursing assistants
- Coordinate resident care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor documentation accuracy and clinical practices
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
