Maria Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Floater Teacher to join our caring and supportive team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate, and flexible to provide classroom coverage throughout our center.
As a Floater Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You'll work alongside experienced educators, build positive relationships with children and families, and support classrooms serving children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom coverage as needed throughout the center.
- Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Support children's developmental, social, and emotional growth.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents, families, and coworkers.
- Follow all center policies and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment.
- Adapt to the needs of different age groups and classrooms with flexibility and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children is preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and dependable.
- Kind, patient, and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and comfortable working with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
