The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food and beverage operations with a deep understanding of fine dining service standards. They should be able to lead and inspire the front-of-house team while working collaboratively with the chef and culinary team to deliver a seamless guest experience.Experience with Korean cuisine and in-depth beverage knowledge is highly preferred.
