Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled candidate to perform a range of custodial and light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set including light maintenance and painting.
Key Responsibilities
- General Custodial Duties: Clean common areas, mop floors, wash windows, and maintain public spaces to a high standard of cleanliness.
- General Maintenance: Perform indoor and outdoor painting, including touch-ups and full projects.
- Opportunity to advance in maintenance department.
- Repairs & Replacements: Change light bulbs, HVAC filters, and batteries to keep systems running smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate your availability and job completion status clearly and promptly to the supervisor or administrative team.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working on ladders and handling physical tasks.
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand written material and numbers.
- Ability to communicate courteously with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field preferred, but not required.
Hours:
- 32 - 40 hours per week
