Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will provide essential support to both Margaritaville and Pete’s in Capitola Village.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and is ready to be part of a supportive and evolving hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to both Margaritaville and Pete’s operations teams
- Weekly administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering, team communication, and organizational tasks
- Project management, including repairs, maintenance, scheduling, and organizational efforts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows
- Provide restaurant support as needed during service, as business demands
Experience & Skills
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and comfort working with numbers
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Compensation: depends on experience and qualifications
