**Job Description:**

We are seeking a cordial and organized Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive dining experience by warmly welcoming guests and efficiently managing seating arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor and escort them to their designated tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
- Coordinate with serving staff and kitchen personnel to ensure swift and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and assist with additional tasks as needed, such as refilling menus or escorting guests to the restroom facilities.
- Address any guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a satisfactory dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
