Key Responsibilities:
- Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to Margarita’s recipes. Maintain high quality and consistency of all beverages served.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Engage with customers, taking the time to understand their preferences and making recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Keep the bar stocked and clean. Regularly check inventory levels and request restocks as needed.
- Cash Handling: Accurately manage tabs and cash transactions. Ensure all sales are recorded properly.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service and health code regulations.
- Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, ensuring all equipment functions correctly.

Skills and Qualifications:
