What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Margarita's Famous Mexican Restaurant?

We are looking for energetic, motivated people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to every guest in a high-volume restaurant. SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Show enthusiasm & positive attitude
- Keep tables clean & tidy at all times
- Serve food & beverage orders to guests in a timely manner
- Learn the menu to explain efficiently to guests
- Follow Margarita’s Steps of Service
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Use the POS system effectively
- Performing opening & closing duties
- Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Previous serving experience preferred
