What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fry Cook position at Margarita's Cantina?
Are you self-motivated? Are you the kind of person that knows what needs to be done and does it! Then you should apply for our Chip Fryer position! Your focus will be to cook the delicious chips and other shells our guests love!

Responsibilities will include:
- Rotate tortillas properly to ensure freshness
- Fry the tortillas to correct doneness
- Label and rotate bins of fresh fried chips
- Maintain and filter fryer for cleanliness and freshness of oil
Position requires ability to learn Margarita’s standard kitchen procedures, organization, ability to perform functions quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior food service experience is helpful but not necessary.
