We are excited to open our newest boutique in Montecito, CA and are looking for a full-time Sales Associate/Key Holder to join our brand-new store team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new location from the ground up, helping shape the client experience, store culture, and community presence from day one.
This role is expected to work approximately 32–35 hours per week (4–5 days). We are seeking someone who is sales-driven, highly personable, and passionate about delivering an elevated customer experience. This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into future leadership opportunities, including an Assistant Manager role.
Essential Qualifications:
-Previous fashion retail sales experience with strong selling and styling skills
-Friendly, outgoing personality, with a high level of integrity and excellent work ethic
-Organized and a self-motivated team player
-Flexible schedule with weekend availability
-Ability to develop and maintain a client base
-Experience working with a client book
-Professional, dependable, and punctual
