About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic eCommerce intern to support our growing eCommerce business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone interested in fashion, ecommerce and the day-to-day operations behind an online business.
Working closely with the eCommerce manager and marketing team, this person will help maintain the website, support online orders and inventory operations, assist with reporting and keep key ecommerce initiatives organized and moving forward.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interest in eCommerce, fashion, operations and customer experience.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail .
- Eager to learn and take on new tasks.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Analytical and comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports.
- Positive, collaborative and proactive attitude
- Prior eCommerce, retail or fashion experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Shopify site updates, including products, collections, imagery, copy, merchandising.
- Support eCommerce calendar management, deadlines, promotions and launches.
- Assist with weekly eCommerce reporting and performance tracking.
- Help monitor online orders, returns, exchanges and shipping status.
- Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking
- Help maintain organized ecommerce documentation and tracking sheets.
- Help QA the website to ensure product information, links, imagery and promotions are accurate.
- Assist with customer experience and online order-related needs.
- Support additional eCommerce and marketing projects as needed.
Details
Part-Time: 20 -25 hours per week ( In-office)
Work Location: Margaret O’Leary San Francisco Headquarters
Pay: $22/hr
