Responsibilities
- Learn and perform day-to-day surveillance monitoring tasks.
- Assist with supported compliance reviews after initial training.
- Conduct research and gather data for surveillance-related projects.
- Document findings and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Collaborate with team members on monitoring and reporting activities.
- Prepare and present project results to a broader audience at internship completion.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
