Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support
· Provide first and second level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
· Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
· Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
Endpoint Security Management
· Manage and maintain endpoint protection solutions across user devices.
· Monitor antivirus and endpoint security alerts and ensure endpoints remain compliant with company security policies.
· Deploy, update, and troubleshoot antivirus agents on user workstations and laptops.
· Assist with remediation of malware or security related incidents.
CCTV and Physical Access Systems Support
· Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
· Provide support for physical access control systems including door controllers, badge readers, and related infrastructure.
· Investigate and resolve issues related to camera connectivity, recording systems, and access control devices.
· Coordinate with vendors or internal teams when maintenance or escalation is required.
Infrastructure Support
· Assist in maintaining network connectivity, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
· Support system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities.
· Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary.
Documentation and Process Improvement
· Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
· Contribute to the development of IT support procedures and best practices.
· Assist in implementing improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Required Skills
· Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
· Knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus management.
· Experience troubleshooting hardware, networking, and user applications.
· Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control technologies.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Experience with Active Directory, networking basics, and endpoint management tools.
· Familiarity with IT security practices and physical security systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
