Our balers handle high volumes of material with low labor inputs, creating high-quality and quantity recycled materials.Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Machinist Mill Operator to join our team. The perfect candidate will need to be able to use a variety of hand tools and manual machine tools to create precision metal parts and instruments. They will need to interpret blueprints, sketches, or CAD designs, set up and operate equipment, and perform accurate measurements to ensure parts meet specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned as needed.Manual Machining.Read Micrometers and calipers.Operate lathes, mill machines and large drill press.Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts produced.Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.CNC Machining experience a plus.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
