Home Health Speech Therapist **(Per Diem)**

Initial Requirements:
- Current license to practice in CA
- Current CPR certification
- Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
- Minimum one year clinical experience (two years preferred)
- Computer/Internet experience (online charting to be used)
- Bi/Multi-lingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)
Required experience:
- Clinical Speech Therapist: 1 year

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Provide speech therapy services in home health settings, ensuring adherence to medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Utilize multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
Pay: Up to $135,200.00 per year
