This position works in the CLOTHING AREA. Receives, unpacks, processes various products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Unpacks, sorts, and prepares for products for distribution as assigned. Mark, de-label, and price product as directed by supervisor. Check products for damage, wear and discrepancies. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins as directed by supervisor.
Move materials and items from processing to shipping or to other designated areas. Open bales, crates and other containers to prepare for processing. Assist in counting of physical inventory. Record/count items for distribution as directed by supervisor. May be assigned light facilities maintenance duties as needed. Sweep, dust and mop; keep work area neat/safe at all times. Wear the proper safety equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Some knowledge of merchandise or willingness to learn about merchandise merchandising.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract six digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
