Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Almacen, Limpieza specialist. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting inventory management and materials handling operations. Your energetic approach will ensure that our storage facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all safety regulations. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of warehouse areas, including floors, aisles, storage racks, and common spaces to uphold health standards.
• Assist with inventory control by organizing stock, labeling items accurately, and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (including reach trucks and cherry pickers), cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing packages, verifying shipments against orders using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to OSHA standards, and following safety regulations during all operations.
• Help with order fulfillment tasks such as picking and packing items efficiently for timely dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment used in warehouse operations to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or similar setting is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (reach trucks, cherry pickers), pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS), including AS400 or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper use of PPE.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying stock quantities accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes.
• Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; technical proficiency with material handling equipment operation is essential.
